Eastwood Syracuse

Originally, Eastwood was a village, then a suburb of Syracuse. And in 1928 Syracuse annexed Eastwood. But Eastwood has always kept our village feel.

Eastwood is an established community, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Syracuse.  There are parks and sidewalks. Children can walk to the schools in each of the neighborhoods.

James Street is our main corridor. On its 1.5 miles you will find locally owned stores, shops, and restaurants. The recently restored Palace Theatre is in Eastwood. You can live and work here.
